生で見たマグロ解体。。。The tuna split-up show...
今朝スーパーに行きました。なんとなんとマグロ解体を生で見れました。初マグロ解体だ～！と思いました。マグロ解体ショーはたいした面白くはないですが、人混みぶりが面白かったです。今日は日曜日なのでスーパーは混んでいました。日本人ってマグロが好きですね。というか生ものがお好きですね。朝から、しかもスーパーにて、解体されたばかりのマグロをその場で試食。。。朝からの生ものは。。。恐るべし！！！
My first split-up show of tuna
I have been in japan for many years, but I have never seen the split-up show of tuna directly, only on TV. Tuna is one of the expensive foodstuff in japan. It is mainly used as the SASHIMI (raw fish). Do you know how to eat SASHIMI? Yeah, I think most of you know. I can eat SASHIMI, but it is not exactly my favorite food. Cooked fish is more delicious to me,hehehe.
Can you see in the picture? There was a taste time (in japanese it is called Shishoku time). Everyone likes tuna so much. They can eat it from the early morning with only the SHOYU(a kind of sauce simalar to fish sauce or soya bean sauce). Oh my God, I can eat SASHIMI, but I can't eat that raw fish that was splitted up in front of me from this early morning. Ok, you can imagine how much japanese people like raw fish especially raw tuna. Can you eat?

jraw meat? i hate it i jus feel like m a giant if i eat it. how come the fish flesh look violet? or ur camera change the color?
Not because my camera. The tuna does have that color. It was freezed before bringing to the market. Anyway, the color of tuna is like that.
You feel like you are giantee?hahaha, very interesting. It is only a kind of food, the difference is it is raw or cooked. You know? raw sea urchin is more delicious. Please try it once!

Well, hi my name is pooh. I don't really like japanese food cuz it smell bad (i'm food peaky.. pls don't mind me) but I do wish to live in Japan, study there. I heard from lyda (my cousin) said that u got scholarship to study there, awesome! Is japan good for living in?

Japan is good for life or not? Well, it depends on people. Personally, I like japan. I like japanese culture and society too. Of course, health care and education system is much better than Cambodia. So if you wish to study here it is also one good choice. For me it is my best choice, but I can't assure you that it will be the best choice for you. Anyway, please try it na, then you will find out.

Sounds cool, I want to go there so much, always dream that i'm there. One of the most important thing that i like in japan is Disney Land... hehhee But the problem is i hate japanese food! wawwawwa so hard!
No need to worry about food. There are many kind of foods available here, still you can cook by yourself. There are chinese restaurant, thai restaurant, indian, italian, ... oh so many restaurants here.
Talking about Disney Land, there is Disney Sea too here. Disney Sea is the unique one. It is only in Japan, you know?
Well, try your best na. You have the same chance as everyone. Don't waste this chance, just try it!

Oh dear, I love SASHIMI, especially with some Kikkoman and Wasabi, and a bit of Pikled Ginger oh...yum yum..Srork Teuk Mert now...I am a chef anyway...

Anyway, Kikkoman is the brand of soya source. The soya source is called SHOUYUU in japan.
Kom srork teuk moat pek proyat keut teuk chumnun (flood).
