日本って忙しい国。。。Japanese is a busy(?) society
んんんん～～～～～日本で生活する上で、日本は忙しい国と思うのは僕だけじゃないと思います。周りが仕事をしているのでマイペースといわれているカンボジア人も努力してしまうのです。
正直、今は研究室で一番忙しいのは僕かもしれません。まず自分の研究で学会発表のための論文を書きます。それから、研究室のプロジェクトでいろいろなアプリケーションを作成しています。それに授業の宿題とグループワークがあります。オプションにバイトもやっています。
ふふふふふふふふ～～～忙しい～～というか無理している気がします。
なぜこんなに頑張るかといわれると～～～～んんんん～～～期待されるからかな～
僕は期待されると無理してでも頑張っちゃうタイプです。人の期待を裏切りたくないあまり、ついつい頑張ってしまいます。ですが、いやな仕事ならどんなに暇でもやりません（笑）。かなり変でしょう？
とにかく、今はエンジンがフール稼動です。徹夜もしばしば。今年で国際学会に出たいので、まだまだ走る道が長い気がします。
Japan is a busy country...
Living and studying in japan, one thing I feel strongly is that japan is a very busy country. Compare to other country, the working time is longer. Well, to develop a country that has less natural resource and more natural disaster like japan, japanese people must work more than the other countries' people.
Ok, taking about me now, I am quite busy. In my lab, maybe I am the busiest one. I must prepare for my academic conference, write application for the lab's project, and do my homeworks too.
Sometimes I feel that I overwork now. But when I was counted on, I make more effort. I just don't want to let someone down because of me.
I don't know how far I can go, but just go on this tough way...

hehe, who is that "someone"? Well need less to answer, I`m just too curious.
Err, make sure you spent enough time with that someone rather than lony trying to achieve your goal without caring about dat person;)

Actually I work for an american company in tokyo.
They have this thing called "Work-Life-Balance". I guess it just means "We're-Being-Lazy" ^ ^.
Oh, "Work-Life-Balance"?
Never heard this word.
Anyway, if you work for american firm, you should work less than in japanese firm.
